Danny Franklin Worley, Sr., a longtime resident of Okmulgee, passed away Monday, November 17, 2014 at the age of 67. He was born January 1, 1947 to Frank Worley and Edith (Garner) Grissom in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He served in the Oklahoma National Guard from 1964-1970. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding his Harley but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Worley and mother, Edith Grissom; sister, Sharon Kay Marris; two brothers, Ricky Worley and Dale Rowe and grandson, Jack Brent Sparks. Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Debbie Worley of the home; five children, Danny Worley, Jr. and Brandy of Ukiah, CA, Angie Terrones and husband, Rudy of San Jose, CA, Becky Reheard of Muskogee, Terry Pickelsimer and husband, Denny of Moore and Tammy Kramer and husband, Chris of Okmulgee; two sisters, Donna Story of Weleetka and Connie Neitsch and husband, Carey of Jarrel, TX; one brother, Bill Grissom of Okmulgee; twelve grandchildren; six great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 21, 2014 at the Jubilee Christian Center in Okmulgee with Reverend Dale Litsey officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Morris Cemetery under the direction of the Jackson Funeral Home and Crematory in Okmulgee. Military Honors will be conducted by the Oklahoma National Guard and the Patriot Guard Riders. Pallbearers will be Gary McGowen, Gary McGowen, Jr., Billy Hannon, Joe Stephens, Floyd Turney, Mitch Davis and Larry Singleton. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the family will greet friends that evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
