Daniel Paul Newman, Jr. age 28 passed from this life on November 23, 2005 in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a result of a traffic accident.
Daniel was born on April 24, 1977 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Daniel Paul Newman, Sr. and Peggy (Crain) Newman Williams. In 1995 he graduated from Catoosa High School and married Katrina Lee November 11, 2000 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and softball.
Daniel is survived by his wife: Katrina; his son: Johnthan; two daughters: Savannah and Briana all of the home; his mother: Peggy Williams and her husband, Larry of Catoosa; his father: Daniel Paul Newman, Sr. and his wife, Kathy of Glenpool; grandparents; Christola Newman of Stillwater; Bobby and Idella Crain of Tulsa; sisters: Carrie Jackson and husband Roy, of Catoosa; Leann Newman, of Glenpool; Amanda Ingram and husband Brandon of Ward, Arkansas; Jennifer Carner, of Mounds; brothers: Trent Newman, of Glenpool; Tyson Reeves, of Glenpool and Chris Messick of Catoosa.
In lieu of flowers, donations for the Newman children can be sent to Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service, 719 E. 141st Street, Glenpool, Oklahoma 74033.
Visitation will be Saturday 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service.
Pallbearers are: Coy Gilliam, Chris Hurt, Chris Messick, Bobby Crain, Adam Carner, Roy Jackson, Ronnie Weeks and Sean Ketcher.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 28th - at the Faith Free Will Baptist Church, Glenpool, Oklahoma. Reverend Toby Youngblood and Reverend Dub Flowers will officiate. Interment immediately following at the Mounds Cemetery, Mounds, Oklahoma.
