Dan Leon Beckham

Dan Leon Beckham passed away on May 1, 2021 after a long illness. He was 68 years old.

Dan was born on August 28, 1952 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Leo and Norma Beckham. He grew up in "Jenks America", attending Jenks Public Schools, grades K-12 and graduating with the Class of 1971.

Dan loved boating, skiing, and fishing with his buddies and family. The "Beckham cabin" on Grand Lake, was his favorite place to be. He was outgoing, fun-loving, and a great storyteller with a big heart.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents; Leo and Norma Beckham and older brother; Garvin Beckham.

He is survived by his three children and four grandchildren; daughter Melanie Beckham Cummisky and husband Butch of Bixby, daughter Amber Beckham Niemann and husband Andy of Tulsa, son Beau Beckham of Oklahoma City, grandchildren; Quinn and Calvin Cummisky, Beckham Niemann, Jasmine Beckham, sisters; Karen Tilghman and husband John of Beggs, Judy Schaffler and husband Bob of Watonga, and a host of family and friends.

A private family celebration is planned for a later date.
