Cynthia Rose Watashe of Glenpool, Oklahoma was born on August 11, 1982 at Hillcrest Medical Center to Charlene Cosar and Richard Watashe. She passed away on Monday, December 13, 2021 surrounded by her family in Oklahoma City, OK.
Cynthia was a Mvskoke Citizen, a part of the wind clan, and a member of the Glenpool Creek Indian Community Center. She loved spending time watching her kids play football, basketball, and softball. When she wasn't watching sports, she could always be found with friends and family. Cynthia was an amazing wife, mother sister, aunt, and friend to many.
Cyn, as everyone knew her by, now walks with her mom, brother Clint Watashe, and "Papa" Elvis Watashe.
She awaits her husband Reuben Factor, two daughters Charlene Factor and Talitha "Sister" Factor, four sons Marcellis Factor, Derrick Watashe, Chance Watashe, and Clint Factor, siblings Aaron Watashe, Renee King, Sophie Mashall, and Athena Watashe, other included beloved family members: Sandy Watashe, Dana Blevins, and Jonathan Watashe.
A wake service for Cynthia will be Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Big Cussetah Indian United Methodist Church starting at 6:00 pm. Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, December 17, 2021, at the Big Cussetah Indian United Methodist Church with Newman Frank, July Tecumseh, and Watko Long to officiate. Casketbearers will be Brian Factor, Busa Factor, Jonathan Watashe, Jaydon Shawnee, Ashton Shawnee, John Lusty, Daryl King, and Dustin Pickett. Honorary Casketbearers will be Marcellis Factor, Derrick Watashe, Chance Watashe, Clinton Factor, Aiden Factor. Arrangements have been entrusted with Schaudt Okmulgee's Funeral Service.
