Curtis Keith Neimeister

June 22, 1941 — April 16, 2014

Curtis Keith Neimeister, 72, died April 16, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Curtis was born June 22, 1941 in Marion, Ohio. He was the son of Edna Mae Briggs-Neimeister and Donald Bailey Neimeister. At 1:45 on Wednesday, April 16, “it came to pass, that Curtis died, and was carried by the angels into Jesus’ presence” (Luke 16:22 paraphrased)

While raising his family, Curtis worked in Information Systems Technology (IT) and also served four years as a Pastor. He enjoyed the IT world and freely shared his knowledge with many others. He continued as a "techie" until he was delivered from this world by cancer at the age of 72.

Curtis was preceded in death by one older sister, Carole Irene Neimeister-Schwartz. Ecclesiastes 7:1, “The day of a man’s death is better than the day of his birth” (paraphrased)

Curtis is survived by his spouse Georgia Karol Nutter-Neimeister of the home; his children Christopher Keith Neimeister of Fruita, CO. Joshua David Daniels of Tulsa, Marrianne Lynette Young of Cloudcroft, NM, and Jennifer Marlene Blackstock of Frisco, TX; one younger brother Namon Todd Neimeister of Las Vegas, NV; eight grandsons and one granddaughter; two great-grandsons and one great- granddaughter.
