Craig Allen Walker

Craig Allen Walker passed away unexpectedly at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Saturday, July 8. He was 49 years old. He is survived by his loving wife Gina Rae Walker and their three daughters, Abigail Zimmerman of Claremore, Oklahoma, Margaret Zimmerman of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Zoe Zimmerman of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Craig was born in Claremore, Oklahoma on October 26, 1973. He graduated from Rogers State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology.

Always the life of the party, Craig made people laugh wherever he went. He had an infectious personality that brought a smile to everyone’s face. Craig liked to say that he was born charming. No matter his age, Craig was always young at heart. He loved pulling pranks and considered himself responsibly irresponsible. He found great joy in the little things, like creating his annual Halloween costume. As an intelligent lifelong learner, Craig also took great pride in his work as an Analytical Chemist at Green Country Testing.

Craig found his favorite person in his wife Gina. They were best friends and loved every moment together. They enjoyed spending time with their family and friends, traveling, and dancing in the kitchen. Craig was a loving step-father and so proud of his girls.

In addition to his wife and daughters, Craig also leaves behind his precious cat Kevin, his father and mother Allen and Rhonda Walker of Claremore, Oklahoma, his mother and her husband Marilyn and Fred Wilson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, his sister Angie Walker and her partner Derek Masingale of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, his brother and wife Steve and Kimberly Bickford of Holiday, Florida, his brother and wife Barry and Jennifer Walker of West Falmouth, Massachusetts, his sister and husband Katrina and Bobby Pope of Claremore, OK, and his sister and husband Jess and Dallas Capps of Okay, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces and nephews.

Craig's Celebration of Life will be organized by his family and held on Friday, July 14, 2023 from 2:00PM - 4:00PM at the VFW: 1717 West Dupont Street, Claremore, OK, 74017. Craig's family would like to extend an invitation to anyone wishing to attend.
