Concetta Cosette Williams, a beloved homemaker and cherished member of the Mounds, Oklahoma community, passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 65. She was born on June 13, 1958, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to her loving parents, James and Ramona Colbert.

Concetta's life was colored with love and passion. She had a deep affection for garage sales and adorned her world with the vibrant hues of purple. Her heart was captivated by the elegance of tulips and the timeless beauty of carnations. These were reflections of the rich tapestry of her soul.

One of the defining aspects of Concetta's life was her unwavering devotion to her family. She was a dedicated mother, and alongside her son, she stood as a pillar of support for her twin brothers during their formative years. Her heart was indeed made of gold, radiating warmth and kindness to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Concetta's greatest joys in life were her children and grandchildren. She took immense pride in their accomplishments and was always there to offer her unwavering love and support. Her family was her life's purpose, and the love she showered upon them will forever be etched in their hearts.

From her friend Diane Your mom and i ran the streets of Jenks for many years. We loved each other with all our hearts. We took care of each other. Your poor great grandma that lived in Jenks. Im surprised she let me and your mom live!! Haha we walked across the jenks bridge every weekend to meet each other. Rain, snow, 100 degrees didnt matter. We also kept each other out of trouble many times. Anyways, i could go on and on...

James and Concetta were married in 1976 and to this union they had 3 children, James Williams of Glenpool, OK, Connie McCool and spouse Jeremy of Glenpool, OK and their children Hailey, Ashlyn, Trista and Addison, and Jason Williams and spouse Stacy Williams of Glenpool, OK and their daughter Faith, her brothers and sisters, Jackie Thomsen of Racine, Wisconsin, Jenny Wilson of Racine, Wisconsin, Jeffrey Colbert and spouse Kaleigh of Glenpool, OK, Gregory Colbert and spouse Lesia of Glenpool, OK, along with numerous nieces, nephews and other friends and family, including two great-grandchildren, Hunter Isam and Navee McCool.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband James, her companion of 25 years, Kenneth Heathcock and sister Elizabeth.

To honor the memory of Concetta Cosette Williams, a visitation will be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Schaudt's Glenpool-Bixby Funeral Service, located at 1329 East 151st St. Glenpool, OK 74033.

A graveside committal service will follow at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 22, 2023, at Rosencutter Cemetery, situated at 8417 S Maybelle Ave, Tulsa, OK 74132.
