Colene Williamson

A memorial service will be held honoring and remembering the life of Colene (Hodge) Williamson on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 2 PM at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service Chapel, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Colene passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 with her family by her side. She was 77.

Colene was born on January 1, 1941 in Schulter, Oklahoma to Lilly (McGuire) Hodge and Johnson Eli Hodge. She spent her childhood growing up in Okmulgee county.

At the age of 16, she married the love of her life, Sam BuFord Williamson. Together they started a family.

Colene had a creative hand. She spent much of her time crafting and painting. Colene also was a great seamstress who could stitch on a button or create a full outfit. Colene was also a member of bunco and canasta clubs for over 35 years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Sam BuFord Williamson; daughter, Teri Hadley; parents, Lilly (McGuire) Hodge and Johnson Eli Hodge and brother, Ted Hodge.

Survivors include her son, Curtis Williamson and wife, Robbie of Owasso; 13 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchid. She also leaves a twin sisters, Olene Shore and her husband, John of Owasso and Oleta Donathon of Henryetta as well nephews, a niece, great nephews and nieces.
