Cheryl Hall-King

Cheryl Hall-King of Tulsa passed away Monday, March 13, 2023. Cheryl was born on October 27, 1948, to Jack and Bessie Smith in Nowata, Oklahoma and was the ninth of ten children to grow up on the family dairy farm.

After graduating from Nowata High School, she attended Northeastern A&M in Miami, Oklahoma, in pursuit of an Applied Science Degree. She furthered her education by taking classes at TCC and earned her CLA paralegal certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants.

Cheryl was employed at Tulsa Abstract and Community Title Services as a Senior Commercial Escrow Officer. Previous employment included being a real estate associate and a real estate paralegal at two major law firms.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Johnny King, whom she met in 2011 and married August 13, 2018, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. A match made in heaven, they shared joy in several past times, including traveling to Oahu, Hawaii, Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and the New England area, just to name few.

Other survivors include: two sisters, Betty Carroll of Longview, Texas, and Nancy Adams of Owasso, Oklahoma, plus two sons and four grandchildren: Jeff Wooldridge and his wife, Misty, grandsons William and Matthew of Brownsboro, Texas, and Ryan Wooldridge and his wife Traci, grandson Justin and granddaughter Sarah of Owasso, Oklahoma.

A reception and time of remembrance (come and go) will take place from 4:00-8:00 PM, March 17, 2023 at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service: 5757 South Memorial Drive, Tulsa, OK 74145.
