Chastity Ann Morris passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at the age of 43 with her loving husband by her side.
Born on October 9, 1978 to Shirley Schutt and Roger Praus, she grew up in the city of Bismark, North Dakota. Her early life was spent enjoying nature by visiting her grandparents farm and riding her horse, Snickers, or camping with her family frequently throughout the summer. Chas loved to fish on the lake by her uncle's cabin and learned how to water ski. Some time after graduating from highschool she relocated to the Tulsa area and fell in love with the city. In 2006 she met her soulmate, B.J., who she married the following year on July 7, 2007.
Chas was known for her lighthearted personality and deep compassion for everyone, even strangers. She was determined to set an example of love, kindness, and selflessness; she truly had a heart of gold. Chas was humble as she walked through life. She could go from cleaning the barn to wearing high heels for a night out, but her character never changed.
Along with caring for others she also took time to care for herself, either by working out every day or stopping by a shop for retail therapy. One of her favorite things to do with Paige was go shopping. Sometimes while out she would need a specific shirt and would leave behind a mannequin, void of clothes and sometimes lacking an arm.
She loved riding motorcycles with her husband, BJ, or taking road trips with Paige and their beloved dog, Harley. Chas enjoyed sharing her time outdoors with friends or family while camping, or out for a day of fishing on the boat. On rainy days you could find her crocheting or putting together a puzzle. Chastity left a beautiful, never ending mark on this world and her light will continue to shine.
Chastity is preceded in passing by her grandpa Joe Roll, other family members Burl and Violet Morris as well as John and Mary Praus.
Left in the wake of her absence is her sweetheart, B.J., and daughter Paige, she also leaves behind her mom, Shirley Schutt (Ray), and dad Roger Praus (Donna), her sister Missy Seelye (Zane) and her daughter Zoe, also leaves behind step brothers Josh and Jeremy Schutt and step sister Jen Schutt, her sister-in-law Joyce Dye, her Grandma Pauline, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
