Charlotte D. Hamilton

Charlotte Dee (French) Hamilton age 66 passed away Friday, April 27, 2012 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Charlotte was born February 20, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from Will Rogers High School. Charlotte worked for Shell Oil in the Credit Card Department before retiring. She was a huge Elvis fan. She attended Regency Park Nazarene Church where she was a member of "The Joy Class" her Sunday school group of lady friends. She loved her "girl time" going to Tulsa Shock basketball games and getting to know most of the players. Her favorite was spending time with her grandchildren. Charlotte was preceded in death by her parents: William Delmer French and Dorsey Dee French. She is survived by her son, Mikel Hamilton of Tulsa, her daughter, Lori Knaeble and her husband, Jim of Tulsa, her brothers, Darryl D. French and his wife, Francine of Tulsa, Gerald French and his wife, Robin of Bridge City, Texas, five grandchildren, one niece, three nephews, other family members, friends and acquaintances In lieu of flowers family members request memorial donations be made to American Cancer Society, 4110 South 100th East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74146. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2012 at Regency Park Nazarene Church, 8707 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Reverend Geoffrey Gunter will officiate.
