On Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019, Charles went home to spend eternal life with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Charles was born November 28, 1938, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Charles Edward Allin Stout and Violet Yvonne (White) Stout. At the age of 12, Charles realized his need of a Savior and surrendered his life to Jesus Christ. It was Charles' desire that all would come to recognize their need of a Savior and surrender their life to Him. Charles had three favorite songs - “Redeemed,” “Were You There,” and “It is Well With My Soul.”
Charles is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Violet Stout, and his two younger brothers, Paul Stout and Robert Stout.
Charles was a member of The Boy Scouts of America. In 1957, Charles graduated from Shawnee Mission High School and then entered the United States Air Force. He later was employed at Alcatel Lucent Technologies in Merriam, Kansas.
Charles is survived by his wife, Pearl Anne Reinoehl Stout and four children: daughter Carrie (Don) Burks of Jenks, Oklahoma; daughter Kathryn (Bryan) Neal of Olathe, Kansas; son Craig (Denise) Stout of Gardner, Kansas; and son Cory (Rebekah) Stout of Overland Park, Kansas. In addition to his legacy of four children, he leaves eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
