Charles Joseph Martin passed away with loving family by his side on Friday, November 1, 2019, at the age of 86 years. Charles was born on Saturday, April 29, 1933, in Cleveland, OH to his parents, Joseph and Alice (Connor) Martin.

Charles proudly served our country in the Air Force from October 1951 to September 1955.

Charlie worked as a Sales Manager and Corporate Pilot in the Oil & Gas Production Supply industry for a few companies, including the R.W. Lyall Company.

He met Jennifer later in life, and they were married on July 16, 2011, in Everett, WA. They were able to share many loving memories during their time together.

He is preceded in death by Joseph Martin (Father), Alice Martin (Mother).

Charlie leaves many loving memories with his family, Jennifer Martin - wife, Bart Lauderdale - son, Julie (Basil) Garzia – daughter, Sheila Hawes - daughter, Miranda Hawes - granddaughter, Madalyn Hawes - granddaughter, Saettie Paddock-Martin - daughter, Phoenix Paddock - grandson, Cale Paddock - grandson, Cole Shaffer –son, Lauren Shaffer –daughter, Richard Martin – brother, Jane (John) Curry – sister, Bob (Dottie) Martin - brother, Nancy Jennings – niece, Joe (Beth) Martin - nephew, Mekayla Martin –great-niece; as well as many other loving family members and a host of friends.

Charlie wanted to be cremated and interred with his fellow veterans at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery.

Committal Services will be held 2:00PM Thursday, November 7, 2019, at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery with military honors. Pastor Dany Daniel will officiate.
