Cedric H. Neel, Jr.

Cedric H. Neel, Jr. passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 73.

Cedric was born on September 30, 1941 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to Cedric H. Neel and Clyde (Farris) Neel. He graduated with the Class of 1959 from Arkadelphia High School and received a Bachelors of Science degree in biology from Washita Baptist University. Cedric worked for Portland General as a chemist.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Cedric and Clyde Neel.

Cedric is survived by his wife, Carole Nelson Neel of Tulsa, Oklahoma, his two step-children: Jason of Dallas, Texas and Jaime of Edmond, Oklahoma.

In accordance with Mr. Neel's request, services will be private.
