Carla J. Vanwinkle

Carla J. VanWinkle, age 61, passed away on January 1, 2017 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born on March 16, 1955 to Clifford Miller and Darlene (Holcomb) Miller in Boise, Idaho.

Carla graduated from Straton County High School. She married Larry Dale VanWinkle of February 16, 1974 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Carla was the co-owner of D & V Manufacturing, a machine shop.

Carla is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Larry VanWinkle of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; sons, Jimmy VanWinkle and wife Kaylee of Glenpool, Oklahoma, Joel VanWinkle and wife Adrienne of Cleveland, Oklahoma; daughter, Andrea Sams and her husband Antwan of Tulsa, Oklahoma; siblings, Terry Miller of Okemah, Oklahoma, Bill Miller of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Mark Miller and wife Gail of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, Michael Miller of Pawnee County, Oklahoma, Margie Tanner and husband Aaron of Owasso, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Raeleigh, Emberlyn, Alexis, and Gunner VanWinkle.

Funeral Services are planned for 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2017 at Extreme Worship, S. Birch Street & E. 147th Street, Glenpool, OK. 74033.
Pastor Aaron Hunter will be officiate.

Pallbearers include; Terry Miller, Bill Miller, Mark Miller, Michael Miller, Aaron Tanner, and Matt Aldridge.

Honorary Pallbearers include; Adrian Miller, Travis Miller, Frank Miller, Jason Miller, Christopher Miller, Alexander Miller, and Matthew Tanner
.
Interment will be Friday, January 6, 2017 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Drumright, Oklahoma.
