Carl Roland Anderson
Carl "Butch" Roland Anderson, age 72, of Glenpool, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, December 11, 2017.
Butch was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 20, 1945. He married Brenda Joyce Calvert on September 21, 1963. Butch owned and operated Anderson Machine Shop, which he established in 1979. He had many things he enjoyed, including riding his Harley, spending time at the lake, watching old western movies, attending basketball games, and a recent wedding anniversary trip to Aruba. Butch will be remembered as a hard worker, a Christian, a man who loved his family, for his generous and honest spirit, and being the most lovable Papa one could have.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Nina and Carl Anderson, sister; Kay Pringle, grandson; Caleb Anderson, and mother and father-in-law; Neva and Cecil Calvert.
Butch is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Brenda, his children; Carla Biggs and husband David, Angie Hall, Todd Anderson and wife Kristen; grandchildren; Jordan and Eileen Biggs, Bradley and Breanna Hall, Aiden and Jaxon Anderson, great-grandchild; Alex Hall, sisters; Esther Sanco, Marie Watkins, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 14th at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel, 719 E. 141st Street, Glenpool, OK 74033.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 15th at Faith Church, 1901 W. 171st Street, Glenpool, OK 74033. Reverend Toby Youngblood and Reverend Jason Cowan will officiate.
Interment will follow the service at Bixby Cemetery.
