Bud Lee Mitchell

Bud Lee Mitchell was born July 30, 1928 in Buffalo, Oklahoma and died February 20, 2003 at Saint Francis Hospital. Mr. Mitchell was proceeded in death by his parents William Nelson Mitchell and Grace Burl Sparks Mitchell. In 1944 Mr. Mitchell graduated from Buffalo High School. Bud married Reecia Whittington November 15, 1959 in Wichita Falls, Texas. Mr. Mitchell served his country with the United States Army as a military policeman. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Duncan, Oklahoma. Mr. Mitchell resided in Jenks, Oklahoma for the past 15 years and was employed with the City of Broken Arrow as a Right-of-Way Agent for the Engineering Department until his death. Mr. Mitchell is survived by his loving wife, Reecia of the home;two sons James Kent Mitchell of Jenks, Oklahoma, Bart Lee Mitchell and wife Melody of Raleigh, Mississippi; one daughter, Karla Kaye Wilson and her husband,Don of Glenpool, Oklahoma;one brother, Kenneth and his wife Ellen, of Liberal, Kansas and two sisters; June Kueser and Husband John, of Ellsworth, Kansas;Jean Cullins and husband, W.T. of Buffalo, Oklahoma and Seven grandchildren. Funeral Services for Mr. Mitchell will be 2:00P.M. Monday, February 24, 2003 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel.
