Brian Ray Eastom

Brian Ray Eastom was born on May 25, 1960, to Lenard and Helen Eastom in Sacramento, California. He passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021 surrounded by family. Brian was a devoted husband, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and avid NASCAR fan. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a dedicated employee at Mathis Brothers Furniture.
Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Lenard and Helen Eastom; and his brothers Will and Curtis Eastom. He leaves behind loved ones to cherish his memory: wife, Denise Eastom; son Lenard Eastom and his wife Kara Eastom; daughter Tiffany Stonebarger, her husband Jason Stonebarger, and grandsons Cameron and Corbin; daughter Eva Grace, her husband Gimo Grace, and grandson Cid; sister Anna Chaput and her husband Andre Chaput; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, fur-babies, grand fur-babies, and a host of other family and friends.
Cherished memories the family wanted to share:

Eva shared "My dad would take me to the skating rink most of the time since it was a weekly event, one time the roads were icy but I still demanded to go. When dad picked me up after the session he found a nice icy patch of the parking lot and we did donuts for at least ten minutes in front of all the kids waiting for their rides. Dad always knew how to be cool, and to have a good time."

Lenard shared "Dad always drove his motorcycle to work and I would meet him at the end of the street on my bike and race him to the house. Of course I always won, one: because he let me win and two: because I always had a really good head start. I would jump the ramp that we built over the curb, then we would park our bikes and head into the house."

Tiffany shared "I remember being at Keystone lake and dad driving the boat. A bigger boat made waves and dad thought we could take it...we could not. We got a hole in the bottom of the boat and the water went over our heads. They were right off shore, so everyone saw it, and I lost a shoe."

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 22nd, 2:00pm at George Horn Hall, 8310 E. 15th St., Tulsa, OK, 74112.
