Bobbie Lee Fields age 64 passed away on Friday, December 5, 2008 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Bobbie was born February 28, 1944 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Rice Coleman Fields and Pauline (Jaynes) Fields. He graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1962 and attended Tulsa Community College. He married Linda Faye Keizor at Oakridge Baptist Church on October 5, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bobbie worked thirty-two years as a Graphics Illustrator for INCOG and retired in 1996 and then went on to work for the Tulsa Health Department retiring in 2002 and also was a retired Baptist minister. He enjoyed oil painting especially American Indian and cowboy art; playing golf; doing woodworking; aggravating his grandchildren and he had a great sense of humor. He also loved riding motorcycles. Bobbie was a member of Aspen Park Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Rice and Pauline Fields and daughter: Keri Fields.
He is survived by his wife: Linda Faye Fields of Tulsa; sons: Chris Fields and his wife Tina, Scott and his wife Michelle; sister: Phyllis Fields and grandchildren: Chelsea, Garret, Tiffany, Marcus, Josh & Heather
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Aspen Park Baptist Church in Broken Arrow. Reverend David Crump will officiate.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be sent to John 3:16 Mission in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
