Bobbie Carolyn (Pinkston) Coleman age 53 passed away Monday, March 12, 2012 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bobbie was born June 10, 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Bobby G. Pinkston and Anita (Harris) Pinkston. Bobbie graduated from Hale High School in 1975. She worked as a Special Education Teacher for eight years at Union Public Schools. She married Vernon Coleman in Clearwater, Florida on December 21, 1991. Bobbie enjoyed gardening, cooking for her family and fishing. She loved people and would want to be remembered for her caring of others and for being trustworthy. Bobbie was preceded in death by her father, Bobby G. Pinkston, her step-son, Matthew G. Coleman and her brother in-law, Larry Coleman. She is survived by her husband Vernon Coleman of Tulsa, her son Joshua C. Coleman of Tulsa, her daughter Briana J. Coleman of Tulsa, her mother, Anita Pinkston of Russellville, Arkansas , her brother Eric Pinkston and his wife, Yona of Pasadena, California, her step-sons Shannon Coleman and his wife Molly of Tulsa, Christopher Coleman and his wife Rashawn of Monrovia, California, Dominic J. Coleman of Tampa, Florida, her step-daughters, Olivia Holt of Long Beach, California, Tammie Holt of Long Beach, California, Dannette Holt of Long Beach, California, Shelly Hamilton and her husband, Angelo of Boynton, Oklahoma along with other family members, friends and acquaintances. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2012 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service. Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2012 at Schaudt's Funeral Service Chapel in Glenpool, Oklahoma. Bishop Christopher Coleman will officiate. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C.
