Jerry attended Northeastern State University receiving a Bachelors in Education.

He was a member of the Church of Battle Creek, Broken Arrow.

Jerry was a parts buyer for Nordam.

He is survived by his cousin, Jean Ann Williams of Houston, TX.

There will be a funeral service 2:00 PM, Friday, December 11, 2015 at Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service, Tulsa.
