Blake Randall Ingram age 39 passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Blake was born October 7, 1972 in Tucson, Arizona to Randy Ingram and Dava (Kirtley) Chrisco. In 1990 he graduated from Henryetta High School and attended Oklahoma State University and Tulsa Community College. He worked as a machine operator for an asphalt company. Blake enjoyed spending time with his son and volunteering for LifeShare of Oklahoma. Blake was the "eighty-fifth" recipient of a heart transplant which took place on August 13, 2000 in Tulsa. Blake is survived by his son, William D. Ingram and his mother, Nancy Ryan of Tulsa, his mother, Dava Chrisco and her husband, Steve of Glenpool, his grandmother, Wanda Ingram of Tucson, Arizona, his grandfather, Frank Severns of Oklahoma City, his sister, Amber Ingram of Henryetta, his father, Randy along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members, friends and acquaintances. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 10, 2012 at First Baptist Church Jenks, 11701 S. Elm Street, Jenks, Oklahoma. Reverend Rick Frie and Reverend Ron Baker will officiate. In lieu of flowers, donations in Blake's rememberance can be made to LifeShare Transplant Donor Services, Inc. Oklahoma, 7200 N. Broadway Extension, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116 (888-580-5680).
