Bill Oscar Brown Bill Oscar Brown, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011 at the age of 63. He was born April 21, 1947 to Bill and Dorothy (Farris) Brown in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include two children, Angela Greenhaw of Okmulgee and Angel Brown of Oklahoma City; sister, Helen Lamkin of Okmulgee; brothers, Joe and Gene Brown both of Okmulgee; six grandchildren, one great grandchildren and numerous relatives and friends. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 28, 2011 at the Harvest Christian Church in Okmulgee with Reverend Paul Ramsey officiating.
