Bill Gene Brown

Bill Gene Brown, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2014 at the age of 75. He was born April 6, 1938 to Floyd C. and Virginia (Peavler) Brown in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He served in the United States Air force and worked for Ball Brothers for over 30 years. He was a member of the Butler Memorial United Methodist Church in Okmulgee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd C. and Virginia Brown and his wife, Mary A. Brown in November 2013. Survivors include his sister, Virginia Lou Payne of Ada and numerous friends. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 23, 2014 at the Morris Cemetery with Reverend David Daniel officiating. Services are under the Jackson Funeral Home and Crematory in Okmulgee. Visitation will held Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Jackson Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
