Betsy Pimentel

Betsy Ann (Ross) Pimentel age 85 passed away Friday, November 26, 2010 at Grace Living Centers in Jenks, Oklahoma.
Betsy was born December 6, 1924 in Malden, Massachusetts to George Ross and Mary (Fox) Ross. She graduated from Miami High School in Miami, Florida. She was a homemaker. Betsy was a Girl Scout Leader and a Cub Scout Leader while raising her children. She also was responsible for starting little league baseball in Massachusetts and Georgia.
Betsy was preceded in death by her parents; her husband: William Pimentel and her daughter: Jacqueline Pimentel who passed away in 2009.
She is survived by her sons: Ken Pimentel of Jenks; John Pimentel and his wife, Mary of Swampscott, MA; George Pimentel and his wife, Zana of Chicago, IL; her sister: Christine Woods of Winthrop, MA and her son-in-law: Jack Woods of Winthrop, MA along with her grandchildren: Jacqueline Woods, Ashley Woods, Morgan Woods, Racelle Pimentel and George Ross Pimentel; along other family members, friends and acquaintances.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service in Glenpool, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel. Reverend Gary Volz will officiate.
