Bertha Jean White

Bertha Jean (Yount) White age 72 passed away January 31, 2014 at Cedarcrest Care Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Jean was born July 11, 1941 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James Lewis Yount and Etta Mae (Chapman) Yount.

She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Etta Yount, her brothers, Jimmy Yount, Howard Yount, Richard Dollarhigh, her sister Donna Hughes Yount and life long friend, Ruth Sloan.

Jean is survived by her daughter, La Donna Bland (Doug Bland) of Broken Arrow, her son, Gary McAdoo (Rite McAdoo) of Owasso, her grandchildren, LeAnna Taylor of Tulsa, Kristina Taylor of Portland, Tonya James, Shelby Calk of Owasso, eight great grandchildren, her sisters, Leah Howard Yount, Linda Kallman Yount, two life long friends, Bonnie Lapp and Edna Stein along with many other family members and friends.

Memorial services are 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2014 at Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service, 5757 South Memorial Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
