Barry Gaggini

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 6, 2020 at the Okmulgee Cemetery, in Okmulgee, Oklahoma.

Barry Gaggini of Okmulgee, Oklahoma was born to parents Arthur and Irene Gaggini March 18, 1938 in New Eagle, Pennsylvania. Barry passed away at Rolling Hills Care Center in Catoosa, Oklahoma on January 27, 2020, at the age of 81.

He graduated from Okmulgee High School May 25, 1956 then furthered his education at Oklahoma State University and was a graduate on May 29, 1960 with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Barry worked as a NASA engineer who worked on the Apollo Moon Landing and NASA Skylab programs. He worked at NASA in 1972 and received a certificate of Recognition from NASA in 1981 for the creative development of a technical innovation which was proposed for publication as a NASA Tech Brief.

He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur Gaggini and Irene Gaggini.
