Barbara Ann Watkins (Pray) July 8, 1944-September 3,2024

 Barbara passed away at St. Francis Hospital surrounded by loved ones on the morning of September 3, 2024. Barbara is loved, missed, and will always be cherished by her family and friends. Her husband, Phillip and her were soulmates, best friends, lovers, and partners that have made it through the best of times as well as the worst of times but together they did everything and survived it all together by each other’s side.

 Barbara was born in Campbell, California on July 8, 1944 to Clifton and Dolly Pray. She married Phillip Watkins on September 18, 1999. She was known for her love of crafts, Elvis, and her family, especially her grandchildren.

 She is survived by her loving husband, Phillip Watkins of Tulsa, Oklahoma, her son Roger Stubbings and daughter-in-law Selena Stubbings of Tulsa, Oklahoma, stepsons Brad Stubbings of Manteca, California and Scott Stubbings of Tulare, California. She is survived by her granddaughter Charisma Stubbings, of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Step-grandson Bradley Pultz, of Escalon, California. She is survived by her brothers Jim Pray (Wyla) of Reno, Nevada and David Pray of Ben Lomond, California, and sister-in-law Jean Watkins of Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as nieces and nephews.

Loved ones that cleared the path for Barbara were her parents Clifton and Dolly Pray.  And so the story goes on, may you be in Heaven with your parents Clifton and Dolly, and we will see you soon. We love you always and forever, love your loving husband Phillip, your son Roger, daughter-in-law Selena, granddaughter Charisma.
