Barbara Elizabeth Mccormack

Barbara Elizabeth McCormack (formerly Barbara Brooks Harrendorf) passed away Monday, February 16, 2015 at the age of 81 years.

Barbara was born in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on July 30, 1933 to Perry Mark Brooks and Ruth Aline (Rodman) Brooks.

Barbara loved to go places and see new things. She enjoyed decorating, doing arts and crafts, reading and gardening. She especially loved to play SkipBo. Barbara was always very fashion conscious and loved to go on shopping trips with her daughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Mark and Aline Brooks, her husbands: Earl Harrendorf and Joy McCormack, her son: Eddie Harrendorf and her brother: Perry Brooks.

Barbara is survived by her three daughters: Susan Carner and husband, Joe of Mounds, Patty Luther and husband, Dwight of Bristow, Gayle Rodebush and husband, Ed of Eufaula, her stepson, Marty McCormack of Texas, six grandchildren: Matt Rodebush (Lisa), Emily Rodebush, Luke Carner (Cacey), Adam Carner (Jennifer), Laci Carner Jones (Beau), Audra Luther, eleven great grandchildren: Mattie, Hadley, Kennadie, Logan, Cabella, Cade, Madison, Macy, Cali, Chloe, Jack, two step great grandchildren: W.D. and Jessica Cox, one step great great grandchild: Bryleigh Hunter, one sister, Melita Holt and her husband, Nick along with other family members and friends.

Pallbearers are: Luke Carner, Adam Carner, Beau Jones, Matt Rodebush, Jason Holt and Doug Brooks. Honorary pallbearer is: Joseph Hardzog.

Funeral services are 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2015 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel. Joe and Jack Carner will officiate.

Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Mounds, Oklahoma.
