April Michelle Campbell went home to her eternal reward on October 8, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 50. Her husband, children and parents were by her side.

April was born on July 20, 1974, in Topeka, Kansas to Ralph and Margaret Foster. She graduated from Topeka West High School in 1992, attended Kansas University and later graduated from Washburn University in 1998 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education with emphasis in early childhood development.

April and Brock walked down the aisle for the first time in May 1997 as bridesmaid and groomsman attendees at a wedding ceremony of friends. Then in September 1999, they walked down the aisle as husband and wife. Their family grew to three with the arrival of Careena (2001), then to four with Garrett (2004). April was driven by her responsibility as a mom. She homeschooled the kids from kindergarten through high school, working tirelessly on lesson planning, teaching, grading and more.

April's life was marked by a selflessness born of her deep love for Christ. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, faith, and sacrificial love felt by all who knew her. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter and friend.

April passed away at St. Francis Cardiac Intensive Care in Tulsa, Oklahoma after a battle with lung disease, dysautonomia and other conditions.

April is survived by husband Brock, daughter Careena and son Garrett of Tulsa, Oklahoma and her parents Ralph and Margaret Foster of Olathe, Kansas. She is also survived by her brother Christopher Foster and wife Michelle, Leavenworth, Kansas, their children Ava, Everett, Izabelle and Huck; father-in-law Marshall Campbell of Willard, Missouri; brothers and sister-in-law Scott and Shannon Campbell, their children Honor, Brogan and Ridge of Battlefield, Missouri; Travis and Stacy Campbell, Willard, Missouri their children Lee of Ash Grove, Missouri and Gus of Springfield, Missouri; Brock's uncle and aunt Gary and Barbara White of Chelsea, Oklahoma. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and four great nephews.

April was preceded in death by her mother-in-law Carol Campbell.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 17 at Tulsa Bible Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
