Anna Waggoner

Anna Pilar Waggoner age 44 passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Anna was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 24, 1967 to Enrique Cifuentes and Ruth Ann Inglett. She graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1985. Anna married David Waggoner December 1, 1984. She loved being with kids, loved football especially the Jenks Trojans and Oklahoma State Cowboys. She also enjoyed scrap booking. Anna worked as an Accounting Supervisor for Saint Francis Hospital. Ann was preceded in death by her parents: Enrique and Ruth Cifuentes. She is survived by her husband, David Waggoner, her daughter, Brandi her son, Brandon of Jenks, her Mom and Dad, Rose and Herman Starrett of Sand Springs, her brother Henry Cifuentes of Broken Arrow, her brother Larry Starrett of Sapulpa, her sister Lori Randell of Cleveland along with other family friends and many friends. Memorial services will be 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 29, 2011 at Crossroads Church, Jenks. Reverend Harold Phillips and Reverend Doug Carey will officiate. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C.
