Angelus Francis Pigeon

Angelus Francis Pigeon, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at the age of 84. She was born February 28, 1931 to Joe Tiger and Agnes Lucille (Phillips) Pigeon. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Okmulgee. She enjoyed gardening, reading, watching cooking shows but most of all she had a fierce love for all her children and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Tiger and Agnes Lucille Pigeon; two daughters, Brenda Garcia and Angelus F. Jones and one brother, Bill Pigeon.

Survivors include her children, Doris Rodriguez, Sharon Garcia, Julie Rodriguez, Connie Longoria, Dian White, Stephen White, Ernest White, Ava White, Annette Grogan and Andrew White; brother, David Pigeon; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 14, 2015 at the First Baptist Church in Okmulgee with Dr. Dennis Taylor officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Okmulgee Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Schaudt’s Okmulgee Funeral Service.

Pallbearers will be Andy White, Ernest White, Carlos Hernandez, Herman Hernandez, Gabriel White and Thomas White.
