Angelus Faye Jones

Angelus Faye Jones, a former resident of Okmulgee, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the age of 52. She was born June 7, 1962 to Thompson White and Angelus Pigeon in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Garcia. Survivors include her father, Thompson White; mother, Angelus Pigeon; seven children, Stella Ruttman, Sheena Blitch, Stephen White, Nikita Litle, Cody Coon, Loper Yahola Bear Jones and China Jones; seven sisters, Annette, Connie, Ave Jo, Dian, Doris, Julie and Sharon; three brothers, Ernest, Andy and Steven; sixteen grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at the Tallahassee Indian Methodist Church in Okmulgee with Reverend David Dunson officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Tallahassee Indian Cemetery under the direction of the Jackson Funeral Home and Crematory in Okmulgee. Pallbearers will be Stephen White, Loper Yahola Bear Jones, Ernest White, Andrew White, Aaron Carson and Kenneth Grogan. Honorary Pallbearer will be Loper Jones.
