Alvin Wayne Campbell, age 71 went to be with his Lord on Thursday, March 18, 2004 at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Campbell was born June 25, 1932 in Davenport, Oklahoma to Velda Campbell and Eva Mae Brewer Campbell. He attended Claremore Military Academy but graduated from Wilburton High School and he served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant stationed at Lowery Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado. On February 20, 1954 Mr. Campbell married the love of his life, Rawline Robbins Campbell and resided in Winchester, Oklahoma before moving to Glenpool, Oklahoma 2 years ago. Mr. & Mrs. Campbell celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with their family just last month. Mr. Campbell was self-employed as a truck driver . He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Del City. Mr. Campbell enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing golf he just loved to have fun.
Mr. Campbell's parents preceded him in death. Mr. Campbell is survived by his loving wife, Rawline of Glenpool, Oklahoma; son: Wes and his wife, Liz, of Glenpool, Oklahoma; son: Kenny, of Winchester, Oklahoma; daughter, Debra and her husband, Mark Mc Dole, of Glenpool, Oklahoma; brother, Arlen Campbell, of Wagoner, Oklahoma, sisters: Myrna Campbell and Joy Mc Kinney of Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Mr. Campbell is also survived by 9 grandchildren: Brian, Wes, Zach, Tiffiny, Amanda, Michael, Britany, Sam and Dustin. He also has 1 great grandchild: Zoey.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, March 22, 2004 at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel, with burial immediately following at Haskell Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C. Schaudt of Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service.
