Alma M. Huddleston

November 23, 1925 — September 9, 2015

Alma M. Huddleston, a resident of Okmulgee, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the age of 89. She was born November 23, 1925 to Robert Lee and Ida May (Raney) Gunter in Tuskegee, Oklahoma. She attended Okmulgee High School and enjoyed fishing and traveling but most of all she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee and Ida May Gunter; husband, J.R. Huddleston and two brothers, Floyd and Richard Gunter.

Survivors include her children, Kenneth Huddleston, Dennis Huddleston, Deloris Van Straten and Clifford Huddleston; two brothers, Coyie Gunter and Gene Gunter and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 14, 2015 at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Elder Paul Brown officiating.

Visitation will be held Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Schaudt’s Okmulgee Funeral Service 220 S. Alabama Ave Okmulgee, Ok 74447.
