Alfred Lee Smith

Alfred Lee Smith, age 58 passed away March 27, 2006 at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a result of a traffic accident which took place on Highway 75 in Okmulgee on Friday, March 24, 2006.
Alfred was born April 9, 1947 to Alvin Lee Smith and JoAnn Taylor in Poplar Bluff, Arkansas. He attended Rocky Hill School in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He was a self-employed automobile mechanic. He married the love of his life, Dorothy Kay Ball, February 4, 1986 in Jenks, Oklahoma.
Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his father: Alvin Lee Smith and his brother: Carl Ray Smith.
Alfred is survived by his mother: JoAnn Smith; his wife: Dorothy Kay Smith of Okmulgee; his two sisters: Donna Sue Smith and Barbara K. Tolleson; sons: Albert LeRoy Smith, Charles David Carder, Billy Vanstraten; Jeremy Vanstraten and daughter: Katrina Vanstraten. Mr. Smith is also survived by numerous nieces and cousins and his special companions: Molly and Angel. Alfred will be remembered for his kindness and helpfulness.
