Jerry Ray Hunt

Jerry Ray Hunt passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at his home in Broken Arrow, OK. Jerry was born July 7, 1936 to Melvin Dean and Addie Veatrice (Clowers) Hunt in Tulsa.

Jerry graduated from Webster High School in 1955 and attended business school in Tulsa. While going to school he sold cookware door to door. He began his career in the insurance industry in the 60's selling life insurance and maintained a successful career in the life and health industry for many years. He retired from National Life and Accident Company. Jerry sold insurance as an independent agent and took care of his clients until his health prohibited him from doing so.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 9, 2016 and a funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 10, 2016 both at the Schaudt-Teel Funeral Service in Tulsa. Burial will be at Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow, OK.
