Hunter John Hargreaves

Hunter John Hargreaves was born on Aug 17 2005 and loved to live life to the fullest. After fighting heroically, he lost his battle with cancer on November 12 2018, surrounded by family and friends. He wanted to be remembered for more than just being that "cancer kid." So let me introduce the Hunter I knew. His loves included warm chocolate chip cookies, Pokemon, aggravating his sister, gaming, cooking, gardening, sharing knowledge, and Indian education in no particular order. He had a very strong sense of right and wrong and was extremely loyal to friends and family. He enjoyed parties that included as many people as possible and board games. He loved laughing and watching YouTube videos, Impractical Jokers, and Japanese Anime. He loved being silly and making others smile. He had high expectations for people and wanted to make the world a better place.

Hunter is survived by his mother, Sara Huffman-Hargreaves, his father, David Hargreaves, his sister Havana, his grandparents, John and Vicki Huffman and Emily Dambervil, his aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, and his best friend, Connor Leach. A special thanks and lots of love to all of those who fought with us. No child fights alone.


Public Viewing will be held Thursday, 15th of November, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service Chapel.

The Funeral Service for Hunter Hargreaves will be held on Friday, November 16, 2018, at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Glenpool.
