Edwin Byron Neighbors

Edwin Byron Neighbors III "Ed" of Beggs, OK, passed away on Friday, July 2, 2021. Known to everyone as Ed, he was born on October 18, 1947 in Ada, OK.

Ed graduated from Northeastern State in Tahlequah with a degree in Industrial Arts and Business Marketing. He went on to have a long career in education where he was a mentor to his students forming lifelong friendships with many of them.

He had many talents including carpentry, he built beautiful furniture and cabinets, he was an auto paint and body man and enjoyed being in his shop and loved getting visits from old students and friends. He was proud to serve his country as a Marine.

Preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Byron Neighbors II and Evelyn Marie Shipley Neighbors both of Ada, OK

He is survived by his daughter Chele Mickle, her husband Jared Mickle, three grandchildren and sister Sara Popovich.
