Corwin E. Chang

My brother Corwin (Corey) Chang passed away peacefully Sunday morning, March 7, 2021 at 3:30 am at Saint Francis Hospital under hospice care after his long 8 year battle with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA)- a rare, degenerative neurological disorder affecting your body's involuntary (autonomic) functions, including blood pressure, breathing, bladder function and motor control. It's very similar to ALS. He was only 52 years old. Corey was born on August 13, 1968 in New York City, NY to his parents, Seng and Merry (Wang) Chang. Corey was the most caring and kind person any brother could ask for. A funny guy, a talented drummer, a fabulous bartender, an amazing DJ, and great restaurateur. He loved life, family, friends and business. I learned so many valuable things from him and will always cherish all the good times we had together. He will be missed so much, and I find comfort knowing he is no longer suffering in pain and now reunited with our dad. See you in the next life big brother. I love you!!! May you Rest in Peace.

He is preceded in death by father, Seng Chang.
Corey leaves many loving memories with his family, mother Merry Wong, step-father Brandon Wong; brother Darren Chang and wife, Maria; brother Benjamin Chang; niece Sara Nield; nephew Jacob Chang; niece Chloe Rankin; niece Jordan Chang; niece Juliana Chang; along with many other loving relatives and a host of friends.

Visitation will be 2:30pm-5pm Sunday, March 14, 2021 at Schaudt Tulsa Funeral Service, 5757 S. Memorial Drive. Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM March 15, 2021 at Schaudt's Tulsa Funeral Service Chapel, with Pastor Brandon McCombs officiating.
